Kia India posts best-ever February sales with 27,610 units
Kia India recorded its highest February sales ever, registering 27,610 units and 10.3% year-on-year growth.
Kia India has reported its highest-ever February sales since beginning operations in the country. The company dispatched 27,610 units in February 2026, registering a 10.3 percent year-on-year growth compared to 25,026 units sold in February last year.
The growth was supported by strong demand across the brand’s portfolio. The All-New Kia Seltos continued to receive positive market response, backed by its updated design, improved safety package and technology features. The Sonet remained a key volume contributor in the compact SUV space, while the Carens Clavis strengthened Kia’s presence in the family mobility segment. The Clavis EV also saw steady traction among buyers exploring electric mobility options. At the premium end, the Carnival maintained consistent demand in the luxury MPV segment.
Kia attributes the performance to its balanced product strategy that combines modern design, advanced safety systems including ADAS, connected features and a premium ownership experience. The company’s growing retail footprint, which now spans 849 touchpoints across 382 cities, along with 122 certified pre-owned outlets, has also supported stronger customer reach and faster deliveries.
With two consecutive months of double-digit growth in 2026, Kia India says it remains focused on sustaining momentum, expanding its EV portfolio and strengthening its presence in the Indian market.
