Tata Nexon tops February 2026 sales chart with 19,430 units

The Tata Nexon emerged as the highest-selling passenger vehicle in India for February 2026. The compact SUV recorded 19,430 units, finishing just ahead of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, which posted 19,326 units during the month. In third place was the Tata Punch, with sales of 18,748 units, continuing its strong run in the micro-SUV segment. The Hyundai Creta secured the fourth spot with 17,938 units, maintaining its position among the top midsize SUVs. The Maruti Suzuki Brezza recorded 17,863 units, while the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga followed closely with 17,807 units. The Maruti Suzuki WagonR and Maruti Suzuki Swift also featured in the top 10 list, selling 14,885 units and 14,883 units, respectively. Rounding out the list were the Mahindra Scorpio, which posted 14,665 units, and the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, which secured the tenth position with 14,632 units. The February 2026 sales rankings highlight the continued dominance of SUVs and compact models in the Indian passenger vehicle market.
